It's been a while since I've posted favorites of the month. So here it is!

These are the beauty products I've been loving this month!

Kirkland Daily Facial Cleansing Towlettes

I got these in Costco a couple of months back. I found out about these facial wipes from itsjudytime. She rave about them and I just had to try them! I use these every night to help remove makeup. After I wipe my makeup off I would rise my face with a face wash, just to make sure I've removed all traces of makeup.

Eucerin Everyday Protection Face Lotion

This face lotion has been working really well for my skin type, which is dry to oily. Eucerin has SPF 30 which is gonna come in handy this summer, since I burn easily in the sun. I also love the smell of this lotion. Smells like sun screen, duh...lol

Garnier Skin Renew Miracle Skin Perfector B.B. Cream

I've really been loving this B.B. Cream! This shade fits my skin tone really well, and covers up my imperfections. So I find sometimes I don't need any concealer with this B.B. Cream. Also has SPF 15 and smells really good too! Drys really quick and if I'm worried about my face getting a bit oily I would dab on some powder to my oily areas. (full review here!)

tarte park ave princess mineral bronzer

This bronzer is really perfect for summer! It glides on just right and shimmer. The shimmer isn't over powering so your not gonna see big flakes of shimmer on your face. This color is just right! What I love about this bronzer is that you can build the color. I start with a little and work my way till I think it's prefect. (swatches here!)

N.Y.C Blushable Creme Stick in Pink Flash

This is a great blush for summer. It's a pretty pink almost coral color. Why is this a great blush? Because my cheeks get really dry and I find when I apply this it seems to blend better then powder blushes. I love powder blushes but this creme blush seems to minimize the dryness. (swatch here!)

Benefit The POREfessional

I got this in my December Birchbox, and I love it! It does everything it states on the package, like minimize the appearance of pores, also primes my face well for foundation. Plus a little goes a long way! ^_~

Ageless by Harvey Prince

I win this eau de Parfum in a giveaway on The Sunday Girl Blog. This parfum smells so good! It's a very light scent with notes of pink grapefruit, pineapple, mango, apple, leafy green, pomegranate, jasmine, lily of the valley, cherry blossom, peony, soft musk, precious woods and vanilla. That seems like a lot of scents but they all marry and just smell soooo good! Even my bf who doesn't like when I wear parfums loves the smell!

Revlon Colorburst Lip Butter in Cupcake

I'm in love with this color! I have about six lip butters and this is the one I seem to grab all the time! It's a very bright girly pink color, that has slight shimmer. Can be a bit frosty. But I just love this color! I know I said that already...lol (swatches here!)

NYC Matte me Crazy Mattifying Top Coat

I just got this color recently and love it! This is my first time using a matte top coat. It works really well and lasting power is great too! It's about $1.99, so you can't go wrong! (swatches here!)

Stila lip glaze in guava

When I'm on the go this is the color I grab! I have a bunch of these lip glazes but this is my fave of the all! It's a pretty matte, mid tone pink color. It's goes well on top of Cupcake.

Finally a FOTD!

It's been a long time since I updated my FOTD's. The reason is I've just been really lazy with makeup lately. I dunno why...I've only been applying some tinted moisturizer and mascara these days. Maybe some lipstick or I should say Revlon Lip Butters, cause I'm addicted to those babies! But I've come to realize that I should get back into my game. Really missed doing a full face makeup.

On to the eyes...

On my eyes I used Virgin on the tear duct and brow bone. Side Car in the crease. Buck as a blender, Smog in outer crease and Half Baked middle of eye lids.

I'm always going for a more natural look these days. Never get tired of using the Urban Decay Naked palette! Hopefully you will be seeing more FOTD on here now that I got a new Camera! Yay! The camera I have now is the Canon Power Shot ELPH 300 HS. So happy now my pics will look a lot more better. The camera I was using before was Olympus FE 230.

(Still trying to get the right camera setting, cause I noticed in the pics my face looks washed out. So the eye makeup was more pigmented then in those photos.)

NYC Matte Me Crazy

As I said in my last post {link here} I picked up NYC Matte Me Crazy Mattifying Top Coat at Rite Aid. It's a 0.33 fl oz for $1.99. I was mainly looking for a regular glossy top coat, but saw this one and decided to give it a try!

It does a nice job at mattifying your nails. It works quick and drys really fast too! Not bad for $1.99! I would love to see how this works on darker nail colors.

Underneath I'm wearing Wet n Wild Megalast Nail Color in Club Havana. It's a very bright, creamy orange nail color. To get it opaque you would need to apply two-three coats of this baby. (I applied three) What I love about the new Wet n Wild Megalast Nail Colors are there brushes. There more fatter and rounder, so makes for a easier and faster application.

In the picture above I just applied Wet n Wild Club Havana without any top coat. Look at how shiny this color is! It almost looks like I did applied a top coat. It's a great color for this summer!

Mini Nail Polish Haul!

Wanted to share with you all my mini nail polish haul. As I was looking for some new nail polishes for summer, I decided to choose these. Actually my goal was to get new top coat, which I couldn't find. But I did find a Matte Top Coat, which I can't wait to try out!

Here's what I bought!

Wet n Wild Megalast Nail Colors in Club Havana (211B) & Heatwave (212C). NYC Matte Me Crazy Mattifying Top Coat. All three cost me $1.99 each. Which isn't bad, right? Hoping there's great color pay off! I already have other color from WnW, Wet n Wild Megalast in I Need a Refresh-Mint. Which is my favorite green minty color by far! 

I think these two will be the perfect colors for summer. I will be having swatches of these nail colors soon!

BIRCHBOX ~ May

This month's theme for Birchbox is all about Gossip Girl. Now I'm not really a fan of the show. Try to get into it but I wasn't feeling it.

Okay so let's take a look inside the box!

I must say when I saw the Beauty Blender cleanser I thought there would be an actual Beauty Blender in the box...lol :(

Eh...That's how I feel about this box. I'm not really excited about any of these items. I was hoping for some more nail polishes...lol I'm pretty disappointed that the Dr. Jart+ BB Cream is not even half way full. What I do like a little more than anything is the beautyblender cleanser. I used it last night and it works really well. I didn't get to try out the BVLGARI Eau de Toilette yet. Frankly I really don't need any more Eau de Toilette or Perfume samples! I like the twist tie, I have plenty of these hair ties and I can always use more, since I'm always losing them. I have swatch the eyeko Fat Eye Stick (pic below). I'm also not really feeling this color. It says it a shadow stick, used for smudgy, glossy finish and long-lasting wear. So I would have to test this out!

I'm hoping next month will be a much better box. *crossing my fingers* If anything I'm pretty excited that Glossy Box is now shipping to American! Woot! Maybe I'll cancel Birchbox and start getting Glossy Box. I'll wait one more month though since that would be a full year receiving  Birchbox!
